No Return Policy for Beauty Products
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our beauty products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used products, including makeup, skincare, and other beauty items.
Exceptions:
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We will gladly assist in resolving the issue with a replacement or store credit.
